To welcome you to the Forges de Planechaud, we provide you with hydroalcoholic solution if necessary.
Because the health of our customers is particularly important to us, we have implemented preventive measures according to the recommendations of the health services.
Here are our commitments:
- Hydroalcoholic gel, single-use tissues and specific trash will be available in the common areas.
- Reinforced surface cleaning protocol with appropriate disinfectant products.
- Sheets and towels are washed at 60° with a specific linen disinfectant.
- Bedding protections (mattresses + pillows) are changed for each new customer. We use disposable protections, however, they are made from recyclable materials.
- For a stay of several nights, the change of sheets and cleaning will not be carried out.
- Sheets, towels and additional welcome products will be made available to you at the reception of the establishment on request.
- Breakfast service in the common room or in the garden (if you wish and weather permitting).
- Cleaning and disinfection products made available in the common room to make the space available after use.
- Several dining areas are at your disposal in our spacious landscaped garden to take your meals in complete safety.
- We do not accept credit cards for the moment (checks and cash only).
